Местоположениe: Спа хотел Stara Planina се намира в подножието на Стара планина в Сърбия, само на 150 км. от София. Ресторант "Балкан" - основен ресторант, който предлага изхранване на блок-маса за закуска, обяд и вечеря, включено в пакетите All inclusive Light.

Ресторант "Гондола" - предлага бохато меню от местни специалитети и европейска кухня срещу допълнително заплащане и разполага с тераса, откъдето се вижда красивия залез.

Лоби бар - елеганто лоби с мека мебел, където можете да опитате различни топли и студени напитки, домашни сладкиши, а на лятната тераса да изпиете своето кафе или коктейл.

Wellness зона - 1000м2 - закрит басейн, открит басейн (през лятото), финландска сауна, турска баня, джакузи, хидромасаж, разкрасителни процедури и масажи, фитнес. The prices are shown in EUR, and the payment can be made only in Serbian dinars, at the middle exchange rate of National Bank of Serbia.

Insurance and local taxes are not included in the price:

Tourist tax is: per person / night RSD 110.00 for adults; children 7-15 get 50% discount, children below 7 years are free of charge

Insurance: RSD 20.00 per person / night for all guests

Children’s reduction

Per child, in room with 2 full-rate guests

* One adult with child in DBL room - no child reduction/pays full price

** Children up to 3 years with one adult in DBL room/adult pay single use/child free of charge

*** The parent / companion is obliged to present a health book or child's passport on check in. If the parent / companion does not present a valid document the childrens reduction will not be applied and full price will be charged for the child.

Pets up to 10 kg are allowed in the property.  The type of pets is limited to dogs and cats.

General terms of payment, confirmation, change and cancellation of booking

Terms of payment:

Minimum 50% advance payment (50% non-refundable advance for early booking, in RSD at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, for cash, on the day of payment) within 5 days of issuing of the proforma invoice and the balance no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. In case of deadline non-compliance, SP Resort reservs the right to cancel the booking.

Domestic payment methods:

The payment is made in RSD at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, for cash on the day of payment

To the current account of SP Resort.

By payment card at the hotel reception (Master, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Dina Card, American Express).

Methods of payment from abroad:

Payment to the foreign currency account of  SP Resort from abroad; bank charges are born by payer, otherwise.

Costs will be charged at the hotel reception in RSD equivalent at the middle exchange rate of National Bank of Serbia, for cash, on the day of payment.

By payment card (Master, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Dina Card, American Express).

In case of changes in the monetary market, SP Resort reservs the right to adjust prices.

The price is guarantees only for the payment of the full amount. Otherwise, only the amount of the advance payment is guaranteed, the rest is subject to change.

Terms of cancellation and change of reservation date:

Accommodation booking, when paid is full, is valid until 23:59h on the day of arrival.

Cancellation or change of booking date can be submitted in writing exclusively to the email address:

The date of written cancellation is the basis for calculating the fee, expressed as a percentage of the total price of accommodation or package, as follows:

For all bookings made under the terms for the “early booking” period, in the period until 30.11.2023.

In case that the reservation is canceled or the date of stay is changed, the hotel retains 50% of the total value of the reservation as a non-refundable advance paymnet.

100 % of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or changed 14 to 0 days before the start of the service or during the service or in case of non-appearance of the guest at the hotel.

In  case the guest leaves the hotel before the booked departure date, SP Resort retains funds for the unused part of the stay.

For all bookings made at the regular price (without discount for the“early booking” period) or after the “early booking” period.

50 % of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or the term is changed 28 to 14 days befor the start of service.

100 % of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or changed 14 to 0 days before the start of the service or during the service or in case of non-appearance of the guest at the hotel.

In  case the guest leaves the hotel before the booked departure date, SP Resort retains funds for the unused part of the stay.
